These are some of the things that need to happen someday.

 - Make sure man pages exist for everything, and that they track with
   the software - lists of options, etc.

 - apcsmart: replace with newapc, and put the current one out to pasture
   (once newapc can handle my old Matrix 5000 as well as apcsmart)

 - Gather a bunch of hackers and support every UPS under the sun...
